We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location couldn't be better, just a short 5-minute walk to the ski slopes and a convenient 10-minute walk to restaurants, bars, and onsen. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even picked us up from the bus stop and gave us valuable recommendations for dining and navigating the ski fields.

The location is perfect for skiing, just a few minutes’ walk to the gondola. The apartments are well-furnished, warm, and comfortable, with excellent beds. The kitchen has all the necessary facilities and an Nespresso machine. The service is superior, with staff members always happy, smiling, attentive, and helpful. the view of the surrounding Nozawa area is stunning, being very private and relaxing.
Housekeeping could provide a full cleaning service besides garbages.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to ski resorts and spas. The hotel facilities were top-notch and offered a great drying room for snow gear. Also, the friendly and attentive staff, especially Shannon, made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great apartments for big groups with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Convenient location close to the mountain and accessible to restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The lack of a nearby supermarket was inconvenient and made it harder to get supplies.
